Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, assessments, reports, and services provided by Fabstone Solutions LLC ("Fabstone," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, completing the Fabstone Business Assessment™, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Fabstone services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@fabstonesolutions.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The Fabstone Business Assessment™ is a structured questionnaire that collects information about your business operations, team, systems, customers, and use of technology. The assessment is offered without charge and is intended to help you understand where your business stands today. Your results depend entirely on the information you provide.

The Fabstone Business Blueprint™ presents scores, category analysis, strengths, opportunities, and recommendations derived from your assessment responses. Scores and maturity levels are produced using Fabstone's proprietary scoring methodology and are directional indicators, not audited measurements of business performance.

All Fabstone assessments, reports, Roadmaps, sessions, and recommendations are provided for general business education and planning purposes. Fabstone does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, securities, or other regulated professional advice through the Business Assessment™, Business Blueprint™, 90-Day Business Roadmap™, or any automated recommendation. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on matters that require licensed advice.

Fabstone does not guarantee any specific financial, operational, revenue, growth, efficiency, or other business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, resources, execution, and decisions. Any figures, ranges, timelines, or estimated savings shown in Fabstone materials are illustrative planning aids only.

You retain ownership of the business information you submit to Fabstone. You grant Fabstone a limited license to use that information to operate the services, generate your assessment results, produce your Business Blueprint™ and any purchased Roadmap, deliver support, and improve our services consistent with our privacy practices.

Fabstone outputs are only as accurate as the information supplied. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate responses. Fabstone is not responsible for results, recommendations, or deliverables that are affected by incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate information you provide.

Fabstone currently offers the following paid products and services:

• 90-Day Business Roadmap™ — $149 one-time. A personalized 90-day execution plan built from your assessment results and Business Blueprint™.
• Fabstone Strategy Session™ — $397. A 60-minute advisory session to review your Blueprint™ and priority opportunities.
• AI & Operations Implementation™ — starting at $2,500. Hands-on implementation support, scoped through a consultation.

Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

Payments for the 90-Day Business Roadmap™ are processed by Stripe. Payment for the Fabstone Strategy Session™ is collected through the Google Calendar booking flow, which also uses Stripe. Fabstone does not store your full payment card details. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. AI & Operations Implementation™ engagements are invoiced separately under an agreed scope; no payment is collected when you submit a consultation request.

Strategy Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled using the links provided in your booking confirmation, subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy shown during booking. Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered. Roadmap orders may be cancelled before work on your Roadmap begins by contacting info@fabstonesolutions.com.

Because Fabstone products are personalized digital deliverables and advisory time, all sales are final once the deliverable has been prepared or the session has occurred. If you believe there has been a billing error, a duplicate charge, or a failure to deliver, contact info@fabstonesolutions.com and we will review the matter in good faith.

Roadmaps are personalized using information supplied through your Fabstone Business Assessment™, Business Blueprint™, account, and related information you provide. Roadmaps are generally expected to be made available within two (2) business days after successful payment and receipt of all required information. If additional information is needed, we will contact you and the delivery window begins when that information is received. Fabstone does not guarantee specific financial, operational, revenue, growth, or other business outcomes from a Roadmap.

Strategy Sessions are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific business results. Sessions are typically 60 minutes and delivered remotely. Rescheduling and cancellation are governed by the policy presented during booking. Any materials shared during a session are provided for your internal business use.

Implementation services require a consultation and a separate written agreement on project scope, deliverables, pricing, timing, dependencies, and any additional terms before work begins. Submitting a consultation request does not create an engagement, reserve capacity, or obligate either party to proceed. Pricing shown as "starting at $2,500" is an indicative minimum and is not a quote.

The Fabstone Business Assessment™, Fabstone Business Blueprint™, 90-Day Business Roadmap™, Fabstone Strategy Session™, AI & Operations Implementation™, together with the scoring methodologies, question sets, report structures, templates, graphics, branding, recommendation frameworks, software, and all other proprietary Fabstone materials, remain the intellectual property of Fabstone Solutions LLC, except for the information you provide.

You may use your purchased or generated reports internally for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, license, publish, distribute, white-label, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise commercially exploit Fabstone's proprietary assessment, methodology, templates, or reports without our prior written permission.

"Fabstone," "Fabstone Business Assessment™," "Fabstone Business Blueprint™," "90-Day Business Roadmap™," "Fabstone Strategy Session™," and "AI & Operations Implementation™" are marks of Fabstone Solutions LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our marks except as necessary to reference the services you have purchased.

The services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payment processing and Google Calendar for scheduling, and may link to other third-party websites. Fabstone does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Fabstone may use automated systems and artificial intelligence to help analyze customer-provided information and to generate assessments, scores, recommendations, reports, Roadmaps, and other materials.

These outputs are intended to support business planning and decision-making and may require human judgment. Automated outputs can contain errors, omissions, or assumptions that do not fit your circumstances. You remain responsible for evaluating any recommendation and for making your own business decisions. Fabstone does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice through the Business Assessment™, Business Blueprint™, Roadmap™, or related automated recommendations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabstone Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Fabstone's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Fabstone for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fabstone Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the services, the information you submit, your business decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Fabstone may suspend or terminate your account or access to the services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the services, infringed our intellectual property, or created risk or legal exposure for Fabstone or other customers. You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion by contacting info@fabstonesolutions.com.

Fabstone may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, or services at any time. Where a change materially affects a product you have already purchased and not yet received, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver an equivalent product or provide a remedy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Purchases are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Fabstone Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
