Privacy Policy

How Fabstone Solutions LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects the information you share through your account, the Business Assessment™, and our paid services.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Fabstone Solutions LLC ("Fabstone," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, complete the Fabstone Business Assessment™, receive a Fabstone Business Blueprint™, purchase a 90-Day Business Roadmap™, book a Fabstone Strategy Session™, or submit an AI & Operations Implementation™ consultation request. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, password credentials managed by our authentication provider, and company name.
  • Business profile information — industry, company size, years in business, revenue range, and similar details you provide.
  • Assessment and Blueprint information — your Business Assessment™ responses, calculated scores including the Business Health Score and AI Readiness Score, business maturity level, category results, strengths, opportunities, and the contents of your Business Blueprint™.
  • Product and service records — 90-Day Business Roadmap™ orders and status, Strategy Session™ booking activity, and AI & Operations Implementation™ inquiries and intake form submissions.
  • Communications — messages you send through our contact and intake forms, and email correspondence with our team.
  • Transaction information — records that a purchase occurred, the product purchased, and related confirmation details received from our payment processor.
  • Technical and usage information — limited technical data such as browser type, device information, and error diagnostics generated when you use the application.

3. Information Customers Provide

Most of the information we hold is information you voluntarily provide: registration details, business profile answers, assessment responses, intake form answers, and any notes you share with us. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, government identifiers, or confidential third-party data through our forms.

4. Assessment and Business Information

Your assessment responses and the resulting Blueprint content are stored with your account so you can return, resume an in-progress assessment, and access previously generated reports. Assessment progress may also be temporarily stored in your browser's local storage so your work is not lost if you refresh or close the page. Clearing your browser storage removes that local copy but does not delete reports already saved to your account.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and maintain your account and authenticate your access.
  • Score your assessment and generate your Business Blueprint™, recommendations, and related insights.
  • Prepare and deliver purchased products such as the 90-Day Business Roadmap™.
  • Prepare for Strategy Sessions and implementation consultations.
  • Respond to your questions, requests, and support needs.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and application.
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. AI and Automated Processing

Fabstone may use artificial intelligence and other automated systems to analyze the business information you provide and to help generate assessments, scores, category analysis, recommendations, Business Blueprints™, 90-Day Business Roadmaps™, and related insights.

These outputs are intended to support your business planning and may require human review and judgment. You remain responsible for evaluating any recommendation and making your own business decisions. Fabstone does not use your business information to train general-purpose or third-party AI models.

7. Business Blueprint™ and Roadmap Generation

Your Blueprint and Roadmap are personalized using the information associated with your account, including your assessment responses and business profile. The email address you use for your assessment is our primary identifier for matching purchases, bookings, and consultation requests to your account so that your deliverables reflect your actual business.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. When you purchase a product, your payment card details are submitted directly to the processor and are handled under its own privacy and security practices. Fabstone does not collect or store full payment-card numbers. We receive limited confirmation information such as the product purchased, transaction status, and the email address associated with the payment.

9. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate Fabstone, and only for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Stripe — payment processing for the 90-Day Business Roadmap™ and, where applicable, the Fabstone Strategy Session™.
  • Google Calendar — scheduling for Strategy Sessions and implementation consultations.
  • Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and email providers — secure storage, account access, and delivery of service-related messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Fabstone, our customers, or others.

10. Google Calendar Scheduling

If you choose to book a Strategy Session™ or an implementation consultation, you are directed to a Google Calendar booking page that opens in a new browser tab. Information you enter on that page — such as your name, email address, and scheduling details — is collected by Google and, where applicable, by Stripe through the booking flow. Google's own privacy practices apply to that page. We receive the booking details needed to prepare for and attend your session.

11. Data Storage

Account, assessment, Blueprint, Roadmap, and inquiry data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure operated by our hosting and database providers, primarily on servers located in the United States. If you access Fabstone from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States.

12. Data Retention

We retain your account, assessment, and report information for as long as your account remains active, so that your Blueprints and Roadmaps remain available to you. We retain inquiry, booking, and transaction records for as long as needed to deliver services, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time as described below.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, authenticated access to your account, and database access rules that restrict records to the account that owns them and to authorized Fabstone personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

14. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for the application to function — for example, to keep you signed in and to preserve your in-progress assessment. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell information to advertising networks. If we add analytics tooling in the future, we will update this Policy to describe it.

15. Customer Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of your location, subject to applicable law and our recordkeeping obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

16. Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Information

You can view and update much of your information directly in your account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information — including your assessment responses, Blueprints, Roadmaps, or inquiry submissions — email us at info@fabstonesolutions.com from the address associated with your account. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Deleting your account removes your saved reports and may prevent us from delivering products you have purchased.

17. Children's Privacy

Fabstone services are intended for businesses and for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact info@fabstonesolutions.com and we will delete it.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of Fabstone after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
